This unit is located at Grand Sandestin complex next to hotel Effie, Sandestin Conference center and the village of Baytowne Wharf at the Bayside of luxurious Sandestin Resort. It is about two miles away from the beach entrance that is accross 98 at the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. You may use the TRAM (beach express runs continously during high season in front of Grand Sandestin to the beach - 6-8 min ride) or rent bicycles and just ride to the beach (10 min), you may also use your car (6 min) or just walk (45 min) through the many golf courses, lakes and gardens that remind you of Eden.

Beauty and elegance in the lovely and spacious 2nd floor Bahia studio condo awaits your next beach vacation! Compact in design but spacious in execution is how the floor plan for this is planned out for aspiring beach vacationers. Tile floor throughout the unit. A  luxurious king size bed awaits for you to sprawl out on, with nightstands and bedside lamps on either side of the bed. Sofa that doubles as a queen pull-out bed. A dinette table with comfortable chairs is located across from the bed, making for a great little desk to have a mobile workstation, or read a good book, or play a board game. Further into the condo is an large flat screen television featuring Netflix subscription and cable channels  just for your entertainment on your vacation. The kitchenette contains natural wood finished cabinets, granite counters, a few appliances for you to use to make resort living easier and more convenient. On the opposite side of the kitchenette, the bathroom features a contemporary design with porcelain fixtures like the water basin for the sink, and a traditional shower and bathtub combo.

Damage Deposit/Security fee is refundable. It is not even a real charge, just a credit card hold a day before check-in and released a day after check-out. -This item may be stated as "deposit paid at the property" in the quote-

Parking is under the Grand Sandestin Resort, parking fee of $10 will be payable via a link online before arriving to the Resort. Each guest will be allowed to park one car in this parking garage. There is also free parking at the Inspiration parking lot at the inspiration drive at 1 block north of Grand Sandestin. 

We also provide a starter pack which include: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dish sponge, coffee packs. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.

We offer a combination Keurig and Regular coffee brewing machine as seen in the listing pictures. Please bring coffee and filters. 

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

Our check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home. 

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort and enjoy the beach. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo
